Wix Stores: Adding a Product in the Wix Owner App

You can add new products to your store on the go using the Wix Owner app. No need to open your computer - you can do it right from your phone.

To add a store product:

  1. Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
  2. Tap Manage  at the bottom.
  3. Tap Products under Business.
  4. Tap + Add a Product at the bottom. 
  5. Add images, GIFs, or videos
  6. Enter the product name.
  7. Enter the product price.
  8. Do any of the following:
    • Add a discount amount or percentage and tap Apply.
    • Hide this product from your online store or POS:
      1. Tap Visibility.
      2. Deselect the checkbox next to the channel where you want to hide the product.
    • Enter a brief description of the product.
    • Add product ribbons.
    • Add an info section. Learn more about info sections.
    • Add the product to one or more categories.
    • Add a custom text field.
    • Create product options 
  9. Manage how you track inventory for this product
    Tip: Tap the Barcode Scanner iconto add the product's barcode as your SKU.
  10. (Optional) Add the product to a tax group you created using automatic tax calculation.
    Note: If you created tax groups using manual tax, go to desktop to add the product to a group. 
  11. If you have a fulfiller, you can select them from the Fulfilled by drop-down.   
  12. Tap Save.
Editing products:
To quickly locate a product you want to update, you can do any of the following:
  • Tap the Filter icon   to filter products 
  • Tap the Barcode Scanner icon  to scan the product's barcode. If you have a product with an SKU number that matches the barcode, the product opens.
