You can contact Wix Customer Care right from your tablet. 

To contact customer care:

  1. Open the POS tablet. 
  2. Tap the Menu icon  at the bottom left. 
  3. Tap Help.
  4. Tap Contact Us.
  5. Contact Wix Customer Care using any of the available options.

To contact customer care about your Retail POS system, click here and select Retail Point of Sale.
