Help new guests discover your restaurant and book a table directly from Google. When you connect Wix Table Reservations with your Google Business Profile, your restaurant details and reservation availability can appear in Google Search and Google Maps.
Guests can choose an available time and complete their reservation through Google’s interface, making it faster to book a table with your restaurant.
Understanding the reservation experience on Google
Currently, there are 2 reservation experiences on Google. What guests see when they click Reserve a Table depends on how your restaurant is set up.
The ability to complete a reservation directly on Google Search or Google Maps depends on several eligibility requirements. Guests see the 'Reserve a Table' button on Google and are redirected to your Reservations page to complete the booking unless your restaurant meets all of the following conditions:
- Reservations are approved automatically.
- You do not require prepayment.
- Your reservation form does not include mandatory custom fields.
- Your country is supported by Google integration.
If your restaurant does not meet all of these conditions, customers are redirected to your Reservations page to finish booking.

If your restaurant meets these conditions, customers can choose an available time and complete their reservation directly through Google's interface.

Step 1 | Set up your Google Business Profile
Set up or import an existing Google Business Profile to promote your restaurant on Google Search & Maps. After adding your profile, you can manage it from your site's dashboard.
Before you begin:
Make sure your site is connected to a domain.
To set up your Google Business Profile:
- Go to Table Reservations in your site's dashboard.
- Click Settings at the top right.
- Click Reserve with Google.
- Click Create Profile.
- Click Start Now.
- Choose how to add your Google Business Profile:
Import an existing profile
Create a new profile
Note:
When guests tap Reserve A Table, they can complete the reservation directly on Google.
Step 2 | Publish your site
Publish your site so customers can find your restaurant on Google Search and Maps and book a table through Reserve with Google.
To publish your site:
- Click Go to Editor.
- Click Publish at the top right.
- Click Done.

Step 3 | Connect your restaurant location to Google
After completing the activation steps, you can link your restaurant’s Google Business Profile and start accepting reservations through Reserve with Google. If you have multiple locations or profiles, select the relevant Wix business location for each Google profile you want to connect.
To connect your restaurant:
- Go to Table Reservations in your site's dashboard.
- Click Settings at the top right.
- Click Reserve with Google.
- Connect your location(s) to Google:
