Wix Restaurants Request: Charging Guests a Late Cancellation or No-Show Fee

Currently, it is not possible to charge guests a fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows with Wix Table Reservations.
Workaround:
To charge a fee when a guest cancels a reservation or does not show up:
- Set up a prepayment to collect payment upfront for your table reservations.
- Require approval before confirming online reservations by choosing:
- Manual approval.
- Manual approval for large parties only.
