Wix Restaurants: Adding Your Restaurant Tables in the Wix Owner App

Manage tables and seating capacity at your restaurant with the Wix Owner app. 

You can add your restaurant's tables, remove tables, or update the number of guests a table can hold. Use table combinations to accommodate larger parties and increase your reservations during busy periods. You can also mark tables as unavailable for guests to book online, giving you more control over your reservations for specific tables.

Adding your tables in the app

Add and manage your restaurant tables with the number of seats they can hold using the Wix Owner app. You can also select whether or not each table is available for guests to book online.

To manage your tables:

  1. Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
  2. Tap Manage  at the bottom.
  3. Tap Table Reservations.
  4. Tap the Settings icon  at the top.
  5. Tap Table Reservations Settings.
  6. Tap Table Management.
  7. Tap + Add Table and enter the following:
    • Table Name: Enter a name for this table. For example: small table, big table, bar seats.
    • Minimum Guests: Set the minimum number of guests that can sit at this table. 
    • Maximum Guests: Set the maximum number of guests that can sit at this table.
    • Available Online: By default, your tables are available for guests to book online. Disable the toggle if you don't want a table to be available for guests to book online.
  8. Tap Save.
Tip:
Tap on a table to edit, duplicate or delete it.

Adding table combinations in the app

Combine multiple tables together to accommodate larger parties and maximize your restaurant's seating capacity using the Wix Owner app. You can also select whether or not each table combination is available for guests to book online.

To add table combinations:

  1. Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
  2. Tap Manage  at the bottom.
  3. Tap Table Reservations.
  4. Tap the Settings icon  at the top.
  5. Tap Table Reservations Settings.
  6. Tap Table Management.
  7. Tap the Table Combinations tab at the top right.
  8. Tap Add Table Combination and combine your tables:
    • Select tables: Tap the checkbox by the tables you want to combine and tap Select.
    • Minimum Guests: Adjust the minimum number of seats available at this table.
    • Maximum Guests: Adjust the maximum number of seats available at this table.
    • Available Online: By default, your tables are available for guests to book online. Disable the toggle if you don't want a table combination to be available for guests to book online.
  9. Tap Save.
