Wix Restaurants: Managing Table Reservations in the Wix Owner App

Manage your restaurant's table reservations on the go with the Wix Owner app. See all of your upcoming reservations, add new reservations, and update or cancel existing ones.
When a customer books a table on your site, you'll receive an email and a push notification on the Wix Owner app. Tap the notification to view more information about the reservation. You can also contact customers directly from the app about their upcoming table reservations.

Adding a table reservations in the app

Add new table reservations for your customers right from the Wix Owner app. 

To add a new reservation:

  1. Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
  2. Tap Manage  at the bottom.
  3. Tap Table Reservations.
  4. Tap Table Reservations again.
  5. Tap + Add New at the bottom.
  6. Choose the type of reservation you'd like to add:
    • Reservation: Enter the reservation details, assign a table, enter the guest's details or add a guest from your contacts, and add notes for your team about this reservation.
    • Walk-in: Enter the reservation details and assign a table. You can add the guests' details.
      Note: You can also save them as contacts, add existing contacts, and add notes for your team about this reservation.
  7. Tap Save.

Managing your reservations in the app

View and manage your upcoming table reservations from the Wix Owner app. You can access more details about the reservation, edit or cancel the reservation in case of need, and call the reservation party.

To manage your reservations:

  1. Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
  2. Tap Manage  at the bottom.
  3. Tap Table Reservations.
  4. Tap Table Reservations again.
  5. Tap on a reservation and choose what you want to do:
    • View Reservation: View and edit the reservation details. You can also Tap the Phone icon  to call the reservation party.
    • Edit Reservation: Edit the reservation details, and then tap Save.
    • Cancel Reservation: Cancel the reservation.
