Wix Restaurants FAQ: How do customers redeem their Loyalty program rewards?

Important:
We're in the process of releasing a new online ordering app and it's not yet available to all users. Learn how to add and set up the new Wix Restaurants Orders (New) app.
Customers redeem their rewards when they place an order on your restaurant's site. The highest reward available is automatically added to their order as a discount. Customers can adjust the amount of loyalty points they'd like to redeem during checkout.
Important:
Customers can use rewards with other discounts/coupons, but the total amount paid for menu items has to be above $0. They cannot apply rewards to delivery fees, taxes and tips.

Loyalty is only available in the new online ordering system. If you haven't upgraded to the new system yet, you can easily do it now. Learn More

If you haven't done so already, add and set up a Loyalty Program for your restaurant.
