Wix Loyalty Program: Managing Your Loyalty Program in the Wix Owner App

Manage your loyalty program and give customers points on the go using the Wix Owner app. You can temporarily disable ways to earn points or rewards if you no longer want them available for customers. You can also view all loyalty customers and edit their points balance.
Note:
Wix Loyalty Program is currently available for Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, Wix Restaurants, Wix Pricing Plans and Wix Events.

Tips:
- You can create a Loyalty Program directly from the Wix Owner app, however, some actions such as setting up automations for your ways to earn points are only possible from a desktop.
- If you've added tiers to your loyalty program, you can manage them in the Owner app. Any changes you make to 'ways to earn' and rewards will reflect in the relevant tiers. You can also edit tier details and add new tiers on the go.
Updating your program details in the Wix Owner app
Change your loyalty program details using the Owner app, including the program's name and points icon.
To update your program details:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap Manage
at the bottom. - Tap Loyalty Program under Branding & Marketing.
- Tap the Manage Program tab.
- Tap Info.
- Choose what you want to update:
- Program name: Edit the name of your loyalty program.
- Points name: Tap the drop-down to choose a new name for the points customers earn. You can also create a custom name.
- Points icon: Tap Change to choose a new icon that is displayed next to the number of loyalty points a customer has earned.
- Tap Save.
Updating how customers earn points in the Wix Owner app
Change how customers earn points in your program. You can temporarily disable a 'way to earn' using the toggles.
Important:
Make sure at least one 'way to earn' toggle is enabled. Your loyalty program pauses if every toggle is disabled because there is no active way to earn points.
To update how your customers earn points:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap Manage at the bottom.
- Tap Loyalty Program under Branding & Marketing.
- Tap the Manage Program tab.
- Tap Points.
- Tap Edit under a way to earn points.
- Choose what you want to update:
- Tell customers how to earn points: Edit the description customers see next to this way to earn points, e.g. 'Sign up to my site and get 100 loyalty points!'
Note: Remember to also update your loyalty program description on your site. - Customer earns: Edit the number of points a customer earns when they perform the reward action (e.g. purchase a product).
- Tell customers how to earn points: Edit the description customers see next to this way to earn points, e.g. 'Sign up to my site and get 100 loyalty points!'
- Tap Save.
- (Optional) Tap the toggle next to a way to earn points to make it active, or temporarily remove it from your program.
- Enabled: Customers can earn points by performing this action.
- Disabled: Customers cannot earn loyalty points this way anymore. The 'way to earn' is also removed from your site's Loyalty page.
Managing your rewards in the Wix Owner app
Manage the rewards customers earn. When you update rewards using the Owner app, it also updates the reward offerings on your site's Loyalty page.
Important:
Make sure at least one reward toggle is enabled. If every toggle is disabled, your loyalty program is paused as there are no active rewards.
To manage your program rewards:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap Manage at the bottom.
- Tap Loyalty Program under Branding & Marketing.
- Tap the Manage Program tab.
- Tap Rewards.
- Tap Edit under the reward you want to update.
- Choose what you want to update:
- Coupon: Click the drop-down under Select coupon to change the coupon associated with this reward. If you want to create a new coupon you can from a desktop.
- Coupon cost: Edit the number of points a customer needs to get this reward.
- Reward name: Update the name of the reward.
- Tap Save.
- (Optional) Tap Create Reward to add a new reward to your program. You can only choose existing coupons from the Wix Owner app. If you want to create a new coupon go to Loyalty Program in your site's dashboard and create a new reward.
Edit a customer's points balance in the Wix Owner app
Give points to customers on-the-go using the Wix Owner app. You can also view each customer's points balance, and add or remove points based on offline purchases, recent promotions and more.
To manage a customer's points balance:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap Manage at the bottom.
- Tap Loyalty Program under Branding & Marketing.
- Tap the More Actions icon
next to the customer you want to update. You can also use the search bar at the top to find the right person. - Choose what you want to do:
- Give points:
- Tap Give Points.
- Enter the number of points you want to give this customer.
- Tap Save.
- Edit points balance:
- Tap Edit point balance.
- Enter the correct number of points.
- Tap Save.
- View a customer's profile:
- Tap View member profile to see all the available contact information about this customer. You can also see their current points balance and edit points.
- Give points:
