Wix Referral Program: Managing Your Referral Program in the Wix Owner App

Wix Referral Program is not yet available to all users.
Manage your referral program on the go using the Wix Owner app. You can view program data, such as referral traffic, to keep up with progress. You can also change aspects of your program, including updating the rewards you're offering referring customers and referred friends.

- If you're setting up your referral program for the first time, go to your dashboard from a desktop computer.
- Some program management actions, such as renaming your program and viewing members, are only possible from a desktop computer.
Viewing your program data
You have access to data on 3 aspects of your program performance:
- Referral traffic: The number of people who have clicked on a referral link and reached your site.
- Referral conversion rate: The percentage of referred friends who placed an order.
- Total sales from referrals: The total value of all sales (across Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, Wix Events and Wix Pricing Plans) that have been made by referred friends. This covers these customers' initial purchases and all subsequent purchases.
This data is "all time", reflecting performance since the launch of your program. Use it to keep up with how your program is doing and guide the decisions you make. For example, if you feel traffic is too low, offering more attractive rewards could encourage more click-throughs and sales.
To view your program data:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap Manage
at the bottom. - Tap Referral Program under Marketing.
- Review the Data section.
Managing your program
View and update the way your program functions: the reward trigger, the rewards you're offering, and the automated emails you're sending. When you update your program using the Owner app, it updates the program details listed on your site's Referral Program page.
You can also manage your program from desktop.
Notes:
- If your site has only one of the apps (Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, Wix Events, Wix Pricing Plans) that a referral program is based on, your reward trigger will be pre-selected and can't be changed.
- Any changes you make to your rewards will not apply to rewards that have already been redeemed by your customers.
- Your customers can see how many points they've earned and redeem reward coupons on their My Rewards page on your site.
To manage your program:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap Manage at the bottom.
- Tap Referral Program under Marketing.
- Scroll down to the Manage Program section.
- Choose what you want to do:
Change your reward trigger
Change your referring customer reward
Change your referred friend reward
Activate or deactivate automated emails
