Qualifying for revenue share

To qualify for revenue share, you must:

Terms for revenue share eligibility

  • Contract terms: Revenue share is calculated solely on the terms of the initial contract signed in 2023, 2024, or 2025. This includes the agreed price and the number of plans committed to be purchased during the first year of the contract.
  • Exclusions: Customizations, additional services, and upsells not outlined in the original contract are excluded from revenue share calculations.
  • Price discrepancies: For plans purchased in 2023 or 2024, if the renewal price differs from the initial price, revenue share will be based on the lower amount.
  • New terms for 2025: Effective from February 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
    • One-time payout: Partners will receive a one-time 25% revenue share based on the non-recurring subscription value. Renewals are excluded from revenue share.
    • Revenue share cap: The maximum revenue share per contract is $30,000, or 25% of the contract value, whichever is lower.
Notes:
  • Simply introducing a client to Wix does not qualify for revenue share. You must be actively involved in building and supporting the site.
  • Revenue share payouts, including for associated plans, are issued only after Wix receives full non-refundable payment.
  • The payout cycle for revenue share on enterprise is net 90 days.
