If you are experiencing issues with viewing your live site visitors on the Wix app, follow the steps below.

Step 1 | Make sure you enabled Wix Chat

Make sure you have added Wix Chat to your site. If you don't have Wix Chat, you won't be able to see your live site visitors.

Note: Publish your site after adding Wix Chat.

Step 2 | Check the push notifications settings on your device

Make sure you have enabled push notifications for the Wix app on your device (steps differ depending on the device).

Step 3 | Check your app's settings

Make sure you have enabled live site visitors notifications in the app

Open the Wix app.
Tap the Inbox icon from the bottom menu.
Select a site from the Site Switcher drop-down at the top (if you have more than one).
Tape the Show More icon at the top.
Tap the Settings.
Tap Notification Settings.
Tap the Allow Notifications toggle to enable notifications.
Tap Inox.
Tap the New Visitor notification toggle to enable the specific notification.

Step 4 | More troubleshooting steps

Log out of the app and then log back in:
1. Open the Wix App.
2. Tap the Profile icon at the top.
3. Tap Log Out.
4. Log back in using your Wix account credentials.
Close the app completely and reopen it.
Restart your mobile device.

Additionally for Android devices:

Long press the app icon on your device's home screen.
Tap App Info.
Tap Storage.
Tap Clear Data.
Open the Wix App and log in again.
