Currently, saving a logo design will replace any previously saved version. It is not possible to browse earlier versions of the design history.
Tip:
As a workaround, you can duplicate an existing design and set it as a secondary logo before making any further edits. That way all duplicates are saved as a unique design and do not overwrite your last saved version.
