We're working on releasing an updated version of these settings, which are not yet available in all Wix accounts.

Manage all your invoice and price quote settings in one place. Customize them to meet your country’s tax rules, personalize them for your customers, and match your business needs.

Important:

Any changes you make affect current and future invoices.
Set up a payment method to accept online payments from your clients.

Managing your payment settings

Manage your payment settings from one place to control pay links, invoices, price quotes and proposals.

To manage your payment settings:

Go to Settings in your site's dashboard.
Click Getting paid.
Choose which setting you want to manage.

Pay Links

Invoices

Select the Invoices setting you want to edit:

Invoice numbering: Set how your invoices are numbered:
1. Click the Prefix toggle to add a prefix to your invoice numbers.
2. Enter a Starting invoice number.
3. Click the Suffix toggle to add a suffix to your invoice numbers.
4. Click Save.
Customization: Manage invoice fields and edit design:
1. Select the area of your invoices you want to customize:
  - Header: Edit the Invoice title and Default days until due.
    Tip: Click + Add Field to add up to 4 custom header fields.
  - Business details: Choose from the following options:
    - Business info & logo: Click Edit Business Info to update your business details and logo.
    - Enable the relevant toggles to choose which details to show: Email, Phone number, and Address.
      Tip: Click + Add Details to add up to 4 more details that appear on every invoice.
  - Customer details: Enable the relevant toggles to choose which show on invoices: Email, Phone number, Billing address, Shipping address, Customer VAT ID, and Customer company name.
  - Payment & Tax: Choose which payment details display on invoices:
    - Show payment details: Enable the toggle to display the transaction date, payment method and amount paid.
    - Choose how tax details are shown: Enable the toggles next to each tax details you want to show: Additional tax column, Tax breakdown in the Total, and Subtotal by tax group.
      Tip: To add or edit taxes, go to Tax Settings.
  - Footer notes: Click + Add to add notes or terms at the bottom of invoices.
  - Invoice preview: Click Edit Design to customize the design of your invoices.
2. Click Save.
Automations: Manage automations for your invoice emails, notifications and more:
- Enable the toggles next to each automation you want to have active.
- Click Edit next to the relevant automation to modify it.
- Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant automation to view a summary, duplicate it, rename it, or view the run log.
