Wix Gift Cards: Managing Purchased Gift Cards

• If the gift card has already been sent: You can re-send the gift card to a different email address, but this will not update the original recipient in the system.
• If the gift card is scheduled to get sent: You can send it to a different email address manually before the scheduled date. However, the system will still automatically send it to the original recipient on the scheduled date.

Yes. You can export your gift card sales as a CSV file from the Gift Card Sales page in your dashboard. After clicking the Export icon , choose whether to export All sales or Selected. To export specific gift cards, select them before opening the export window. Transaction history is not included in this export.

1. Check the code: Ensure that you are entering the code correctly, as gift card codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as received.
2. Verify expiration: Confirm that the gift card has not expired. If it has, it cannot be redeemed.
3. Check currency settings: Make sure that the gift card was purchased in the same currency as your site. If the currencies do not match, the card will not be valid.

1. Go to Orders in your site's dashboard.
2. Click the unpaid or partially paid order.
3. Click Collect Payment.
4. Select Redeem Gift Card.
   
5. Enter the gift card details.
6. Click Redeem.
   

• You can’t use a gift card to pay for an order that includes a gift card.
• You can only be use a gift card once per order.

Yes. In Gift Card Sales in your site's dashboard, if a gift card was issued through POS or has no recipient assigned,  pos-giftcards@wix.com appears in the recipient field. This helps you tell the difference between unassigned gift cards and missing information.
