Currently, there is no migration tool to automatically switch your site from old forms to the new Wix Forms. You’ll need to manually delete your old forms and recreate them with the new Wix Forms app for your site. This ensures you get access to the latest features and design options.
Removing old Wix forms from your site
Before you add the new Wix Forms, delete the old forms from your site to avoid confusion and duplicate submissions.
To remove an old form:
- Go to your editor.
- Right-click on the form.
- Click Delete.
Tip:
If you want to keep any responses or settings from the old form, record that information before deleting it.
Adding a new Wix Form to your site
After deleting your old form, add the new Wix Forms to your site pages.
To add a new Wix Form:
- Go to your editor.
- Click Add Elements
. - Click Contact & Forms.
- Click Forms and select Wix Forms.
- Click Create New Form and drag the form element onto the page.
Tip: You can also select a form from the Premade Forms section.
