Wix File Share App Request: Hiding Folders From Members Without Access Permission

Feature Request

Currently, you cannot hide root-level folders on your site from members who do not have permission to access them.
For example, let's say you work in a school and want to create a new folder just for teachers. You can create a custom role for teachers and use it to restrict access to the folder. However, other members can still see the folder on your site.
As a workaround, you can hide a folder by creating it as a subfolder inside a folder with restricted access.

To hide a folder from members without access permission:

  1. Go to the File Share app on your live site.
  2. Create a new folder.
  3. Click the Show more icon  next to the folder.
  4. Click Permissions.
  5. Click the drop-down on the right to set permissions for the folder
  6. Create the folder you want to hide inside this folder.
