The campaign goal is a great way to showcase the progress of a campaign on your donation form. It keeps donors motivated as they can see how much has been raised, how far there is to go, and how much time is left.
You can customize the campaign goal within the form to align with your site’s style and branding by updating its colors, text, and displayed elements.
Before you begin:
Get started by  adding and setting up donations on your site.

Enabling the campaign goal

Set up the campaign goal in your campaign settings. Once this is done, the campaign goal element automatically appears within the form, showcasing key progress indicators like the amount raised, goal target, and remaining time.
Before you begin:

To enable the campaign goal:

  1. Go to Wix Donations in your site's dashboard.
  2. Select the Edit icon next to the relevant campaign.
  3. Scroll down and enable the Campaign goal toggle.
  4. Type the amount of the Fundraising goal.
  5. (Optional) Enable the Set a fundraising deadline toggle:
    1. Select a date under Goal deadline.
      Note:
Donations will be accepted until the end of the selected date, based on your site's time zone.
    2. (Optional) Select the checkbox next to Continue accepting donations past the deadline.

Customizing your campaign goal

You can customize the campaign goal within the donation form to reflect your campaign’s branding and specific needs. Tailor its appearance and details, update the layout, and decide which elements to display to ensure it fits with your form.

To customize your campaign goal:

  1. Select the donation form in your editor.
  2. Select the campaign goal on the donation form.
  3. Choose what to customize:

Customizing the form for reached goals or passed deadlines

Your donation form automatically adapts to show different content when the campaign deadline passes or the goal is reached. Personalize these 2 views by customizing the individual elements to match your style and messaging.

To customize the forms:

  1. Select the donation form in your editor.
  2. Click the Collecting donations dropdown at the top of the form.
