Email marketing plans are separate from
Wix's site plans. Premium plans enhance your site's capabilities, while an email marketing plan enables you to use advanced email features.
Upgrading your email marketing plan
You can still send email campaigns for free. All campaigns have a user-friendly drag-and-drop editor, access to designer-made templates, the power of automated emails, audience segmentations, and custom reports.
Upgrade your plan if you want to add to your monthly email allowance, remove Wix branding from emails, schedule emails in advance, send emails from multiple email addresses, or share emails in web view with a custom domain URL.
To upgrade your email marketing plan:
- Go to Email Marketing in your site's dashboard.
- Under Monthly Balance click Upgrade.
- Choose a plan that works best for you.
- Complete the checkout process.
Campaign URLs for each email marketing plan
The URL format differs according to your email marketing plan and whether you've connected a domain. Depending on your plan, your campaign URL will be in the following format:
- Free and Essentials plans: https://shoutout.wix.com/so/<email-campaign-code>
- Core and Advanced plans (without a connected domain): https://<your-username>.wix.com/so/<email-campaign-code>
- Core and Advanced plans (with a connected domain): https://<your-domain.com>/so/<email-campaign-code>
Note:
Email campaigns are automatically sent from your domain name (if you have one) with Core or Advanced plans. If you change or disconnect your domain from Wix, email campaign URLs under that domain will no longer work.
