If you are unable to sign in to Wix and can't use your recovery phone number to access your account, you can try signing in using a different 2-step verification method (such as the Wix app, an authenticator app, or email).
If you haven't enabled any alternative 2-step verification methods, please fill out our ownership verification form. Make sure to provide us with a valid contact email so we can respond to you.
Your privacy is one of our top priorities. Be sure to provide as much information as possible, even if you're not completely sure of the answers. Add a detailed explanation of your case, including that you have lost access to your recovery phone, so we can properly verify your account ownership.
