Unable to Sign Into Your Wix Account: Can't Access Phone

If you are unable to sign into your Wix account, because you have lost access to your mobile phone, and you have not enabled 2-Step Verification for email, please fill out our ownership verification form.
Don't forget to provide us with a valid contact email so we can respond to you.
Be sure to fill out the entire form, even if you're not completely sure of the answers. Add a detailed explanation of your case, including that you have lost access to your recovery phone, so we can properly verify your account ownership. 
Our team will review your request. We'll contact you if any further information is required for the verification process. 
  • After account recovery, you will need to re-enable 2-Step Verification to continue using it. We recommend enabling both phone and email options. 
  • Wix reserves the right to determine and/or grant ownership to an account or site based on our reasonable judgment. We also reserve the right to deny granting access to a user who lost the account credentials, in our sole discretion, without liability to any party.
