If you are unable to sign into your Wix account, because you have lost access to your mobile phone, and you have not enabled 2-Step Verification for email, please fill out our ownership verification form. Don't forget to provide us with a valid contact email so we can respond to you.
Be sure to fill out the entire form, even if you're not completely sure of the answers. Add a detailed explanation of your case, including that you have lost access to your recovery phone, so we can properly verify your account ownership.
