Unable to Find Pending Refund Request

After you submit a refund request, the request remains in Pending status on the Refund Request page until a decision is made. 
If you no longer see your request, it means that your request is no longer pending and you should have received an email with the decision.
Please check your email account for an email from support@wix.com to see if your request was accepted or denied.
