Troubleshooting Rich Results Eligibility Issues
3 min read
You can use Google's Rich Results test tool to check if a specific page on your site is optimized for rich results. The test checks if Google can access your page, see the rich result code, and confirm the validity of the rich result code.
Sometimes, you may see an error that tells you your page is not eligible for rich results. Try the steps below if a rich result you expect to see does not appear in the report.
Step 1 | Check that the rich result type is supported
Step 2 | Make sure the page is indexed
Step 3 | Ask Google to recrawl your pages
Step 4 | Make sure Google can access your page
Step 5 | Make sure your structured data markup is valid
Step 6 | Check that rich results are supported for your location
