Studio Editor Request: Placing Anchors Anywhere in a Section

When you add an anchor to a section, it is automatically placed at the top of the section. Currently, it is not possible to change the anchor's position.
As an alternative, you can use transparent elements to place the anchor where you want.
To use an anchor with a transparent element:
- Add an element and place it where you want in the the section.
- Click the element, then click the Open Inspector icon
at the top right of the editor. 
- Add an anchor to the element.
- Adjust the element's opacity to make it transparent.
