Wix Bookings: Setting the Time Zone Display

Your clients may be in different time zones when booking your services, especially if you offer online sessions. To avoid confusion or missed appointments, you can choose whether session times display in your business’s time zone, in each client’s local time zone, or let clients decide for themselves. This helps keep bookings clear for both in-person and online sessions.
Notes:
  • The first calendar day of the week is determined by the business location you enter in your regional settings. Learn how to change your regional settings
  • In the Wix member apps, clients see session times based on the time zone set in your booking settings and aren't able to choose the time zone.

Before you begin:
Make sure to set your own time zone in the general section of your site's dashboard. 

To set your time zone:

  1. Go to Booking Settings in your site's dashboard.
  2. Scroll down and click Client booking flow
  3. Scroll down to Time zone and choose your settings:
    • Your business' time zone: Display sessions in your business’s time zone.
    • Client’s local time zone: Display sessions in each client’s local time zone.
    • Let clients choose between your time zone and theirs: Enable the toggle to let clients decide which time zone to use when booking.
      Click Save
