Roles & Permissions: Troubleshooting Sending Invitations

When you invite someone to work on your site, they receive an email to the email account that you entered. The subject line of the email is You're invited to Collaborate on a Website.
If your invitee does not receive the email, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
  1. Check spam folders: Ask your invitee to check any spam, junk or promotions folders that they might have.

  2. Resend the invitation: Check that you have the correct email address for the person you want to invite and resend the invitation.

  3. Send the direct link: Send your invitee a direct link for the invitation and have them accept from there.
