Wix Bookings Request: Customizing Pending Approval Emails
We are collecting votes for this issue
Currently, none of the automated emails sent to clients for services that require your approval can be customized. These emails are sent to notify clients when:
- Their request was received
- Their request was approved
- Their request was denied
- The service is being rescheduled
You can add a personal note to emails notifying that you declined the request or rescheduled the session.
