Wix Bookings Request: Customizing Pending Approval Emails

Currently, none of the automated emails sent to clients for services that require your approval can be customized. These emails are sent to notify clients when:
  • Their request was received
  • Their request was approved
  • Their request was denied
  • The service is being rescheduled
You can add a personal note to emails notifying that you declined the request or rescheduled the session.
