Refunds Processed Outside of Wix

While most refunds can be processed in the Wix dashboard, payments processed through certain providers must be refunded in that provider's dashboard. 

Issuing refunds via your payment provider

To issue a refund, go to your payment provider, locate the order, and refund it there. 
The changes you make are automatically reflected in the Wix dashboard. When the refund has been successfully completed, the status changes to "Refunded" or "Partially Refunded".

In addition, the refund details appear in the Order activity section of the order.
