About Payouts on Hold

Payouts are placed on hold if there is an issue blocking your payout. The held amount includes the payout on hold, plus any other available funds that cannot be sent to your bank because of the issue. Once the issue has been identified and resolved, the payout will be added to your next scheduled payout.
Payouts are placed on hold if:
- You have a failed payout.
- You have an unresolved verification issue.

Note:
If you have grouped payment methods active in your Wix Payments account, your payouts on hold status applies to whichever group is experiencing an issue.
