Online Programs: Approving Requests to Join Your Program
When you create a private program, members of your site must submit a request to join and access the content.
Important:
If you've set a price for your program, new participants are automatically approved once they make the payment.
To approve requests to join your program:
- Go to Online Programs in your site's dashboard.
- Click the relevant program.
- Click Manage next to Participants.
- Click the Pending tab.
- Click Approve next to the member(s) you want to approve.
