Managing Project Requests You Submitted to the Wix Marketplace

Submit project requests to get price quotes from Wix Professionals in the Wix Marketplace. View your matches, track the progress of your projects and share your experience by posting a review. If you choose to cancel a project, we'll notify the Wix Professionals matched with you that the project is no longer available.
Viewing your matched Wix Professionals and projects
Once you submit a request for a project, we'll match you with Wix Professionals that fit the description of what you're looking for. You can view your matches, check out their profiles in the Wix Marketplace, and track the progress of your ongoing projects. If you decide to cancel a project, we'll notify the Wix Professionals matched with you.
To view your matches and projects:
- Sign in to your Wix account.
- Go to your projects page in the Wix Marketplace.
- Hover over the relevant project and click View Project to view the project details.
- (Optional) Click the More Actions icon
on the right and choose what you want to do:
- View Project: View your project details with the Wix Professional.
- View Marketplace Profile: View the Wix Professional's profile in the Wix Marketplace.
- Report this professional: If you're facing an issue with a Wix Professional on an open project that you can't resolve, you can report them directly to Wix. Learn more about disputes with a professional.
- Cancel Request: Cancel this project request. We'll notify your matches that this project is no longer available.
Posting a review about your experience
Post a review about your experience working with a Wix Professional on your project. You can give an overall rating and provide written feedback on the quality of work, communication and project delivery.
Note:
You can post a review only after your project was completed by the Wix Professional.
To post a review:
- Sign in to your Wix account.
- Go to your projects page in the Wix Marketplace.
- Click Leave a review on the relevant project.
- Click the stars under Overall rating to rate your experience working with the Wix Professional (with 5 stars rated as the best experience and 1 star as the worst).
- Enter your review in the How was their quality of work, communication and delivery time? field.
Note: Your review will be shared publicly on the Wix Professional's profile in the Wix Marketplace, along with your name. - Click Publish.
