You may encounter issues while working with a Wix Professional. It is important that you and your professional both set guidelines and expectations for the job being done and fully communicate with one another.

Reporting a Wix Professional
If you're facing an issue with a Wix Professional that you can't resolve, you can report them directly to Wix. You can only submit a report if you have an open project with the professional. Once you submit your report, our team will review it and take appropriate action.
Before you begin:
Make sure you're logged into your Wix account before reporting the professional.
To report a professional:
- Go to your projects page in the Wix Marketplace.
- Hover over the relevant project and click the More Actions icon on the right, then choose Report this professional.
- Enter the following details:
- Type of issue: Select the relevant issue you're experiencing with the professional.
- Describe the issue: Provide more information about the challenges you're facing.
- Click Submit Report.
