Google Ads with Wix: Refund Policy

All invoices for Wix services can be viewed in the Billing History page of your account. Invoices may include VAT, which is determined based on your billing country.

We recommend pausing your campaign if you want to return to it at any point. When you pause a campaign you can edit the campaign at any time. You also get the option of resuming using only your remaining ad credits.

If you choose to end your campaign, you cannot restart it. You can still access the campaign data, but cannot make changes. Any ad credit is saved in your account so you can use it for a new campaign.

Note: Any Google Ads credits that have an expiry date may expire while the campaign is paused.

Your monthly subscription is the amount that is billed monthly for all the campaigns you're running with Google Ads with Wix. The monthly subscription amount is applied directly to your total ad credit each month (ad credit available across all your campaigns).

However, you might want to purchase additional ad credit for one or more campaigns running in your account. You can pay for these additional ad credits with a one-time payment. This doesn't affect your overall monthly subscription.

Once purchased, your ad credits stay in your Google Ads with Wix account. You can use these ad credits towards a new campaign.
