From the Form Settings panel, you can set up your form to behave how you want. Click a tab below to learn more.

General

When people submit a form: Click the drop-down menu and select an option:
- Show success message: Display a success message.
  - What's the message? Enter the message displayed when your visitors submit the form.
  - How long does it show? (secs) Drag the slider or enter a number to set the amount of seconds your message appears for.
- Link to a page or lightbox: Click the link icon
  to redirect visitors to another page on your site or to a lightbox when they submit the form.

Submissions

Enter the name of your form under What is the name of this form?.This name is not displayed on your site and appears in the notification emails and in your inbox messages. A label with your Wix Forms name is also added to your Contact List when a user submits a form. It is for your information only.

Under Form Notifications, add two email addresses that receive the form submissions. The email addresses are not visible on your site or to your site visitors.
- Which email should get notifications? Enter your primary email address. Your Wix account email address is automatically used as the default email address.
- Want to add a second email? Enter a second email address for when your visitors fill in the form. The secondary email will also be included in the "to" line of the email notification.
Under Contacts Labels, select the labels you want to apply to submissions from this form. Learn More

For each form submitted, you receive an email from no-reply@crm.wix.com and a notification in your Wix Inbox. If you cannot see the emails, please check your spam folder.

Tip:

Send yourself a message from your form on your live site to make sure that it is working and you receive an email.
