Facebook Ads: Reconnecting Your Wix Site to Your Facebook Account

To run an ad campaign on Facebook and Instagram, your Wix site must be connected to your Facebook account. If your account gets disconnected, you will see an error message.
Your account may have been disconnected because:
- You changed your Facebook password at any point while setting up or running a campaign.
- You removed one of the necessary Facebook Ads permissions.
- You deleted the Wix app from your business integrations on Facebook.
To reconnect your site to your Facebook account:
- Go to Facebook Ads in your site's dashboard.
- Click Reconnect Now in the banner at the top.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to sign back in to your Facebook account.
Note: You must reconnect the same Facebook account that you used to set up your campaign. It is not possible to switch accounts associated with a campaign, but you can vote for that feature here.
Note:
You cannot create a new campaign until your Facebook account is reconnected. If you already have an existing campaign it continues to run, but you must reconnect before you can edit any part of the campaign.
