Save your email campaign designs so you don't have to rebuild them every time. Make your design process as efficient as it can be and create a template from the campaigns you build to use again and again. You can also copy your template to be used across your Wix sites.
Saving email designs as a template
Save your email campaign designs as a template to use again and again. Once you create your email, you can save its design as a template.
To save an email design:
- Go to Email Marketing in your site's dashboard.
- Click the More Actions icon
next to the relevant email. - Select Save as template.
- Enter a name for your template.
- Click Save Template.

Copying your saved templates to another site
Copy your saved email templates to another site in your account so you can reuse designs you’ve already created. This saves time and helps you keep a consistent look across your sites.
Note:
You can only copy a template to sites in your account that you have an Admin or co-owner role.
To copy a saved template to another site:
- Go to Email Marketing in your site's dashboard.
- Click View All Templates.
- Hover over the relevant template under Saved templates and click the More Actions icon .
- Click Copy to site.
- Select the site you want to copy the template to.
- Click Copy.
