Studio Editor Request: Setting Transitions for Links to Anchored Sections (Instead of Scrolling)

When adding a link to an anchor that's located on the same page, you'll notice the page automatically scrolls down to the right place. Currently, it is not possible to change the scrolling effect to a different one.
