Different Amount Appearing on Your Wix Invoice and Bank Statement

There are two main reasons why the amount listed on your bank statement might not match the amount on your Wix invoice.
  • The amounts are in different currencies: Depending on your location, the amount listed on your Wix invoice may be displayed in US dollars (for example, in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Argentina, Israel or Singapore). The amount you see on your bank statement will be in your local currency.
  • You have been charged bank fees: Your bank may charge additional processing fees for your payment. For example, a transaction fee or a currency conversion fee.
Note: Bank fees or exchange rates are not determined or controlled by Wix.
