Closing Your Wix Payments Account to Sell CBD

Every new Wix Payments account undergoes a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. We review and verify the information you submit during account setup, as well as your site's content, to ensure that your business complies with our list of prohibited products and services.
If you'd like to sell hemp and CBD products on your site, you will no longer be able to use Wix Payments as your payment provider. Once you read and submit the declaration form, stating that you do intend to sell these products, we will automatically close your Wix Payments account.
Once your account is closed, any credit remaining in your account has been or may be refunded to the credit card owner (your customer).
