Accessing Your Wix Payments Dashboard

Wix Payments is not yet available to all users.
Your Wix Payments dashboard provides you with all the information you need to manage your Wix Payments account. From here you can change your account settings and keep track of your transactions and payouts.
You can access your Wix Payments account in two ways:
Accessing your Wix Payments account from your site's dashboard
- Go to Payments in your site's dashboard.
- You can organize your payments using the following options:
- Filter your payment history by payment status, date, payment provider, payment ID, and more.
- Click the download icon
to download a CSV file of your payments.
Tip:
Click on each payment to see more details about that payment.
Accessing your Wix Payments account from your Wix account
- Sign in to your Wix account.
- Click on your account name at the top right.
- Click Wix Payments Accounts.
- Click View on the Wix Payments enabled site account you wish to view.
- Select the information you want to view. Choose between:
- Payments
- Payouts
- Settlement Report
- Account Details
Notes:
- This option will only appear if you have a Wix Payments account in your Wix account.
- The Wix Payments account-level dashboard will only provide information for your Wix Payments transactions. Any other transactions can be viewed using the Payments tab.
