Add a Loyalty Widget to Your Checkout Page

If you're adding a loyalty widget to an existing loyalty program and want to give customers this option at checkout, you need to set up a new flexible reward. If you don't do this, customers will only be able to redeem coupons at checkout.

If a customer does not have enough points to use at checkout, they don't see the option to redeem them. Instead, they see their points total and how many points their current order, if placed, will earn them.

If a customer checking out is not a member of your loyalty program or hasn't logged in, they'll see how many points they could have earned and be able to click to sign up or log in. This is an effective way to advertise your program and boost membership.

Yes, customers who haven't joined your loyalty program can still accumulate loyalty points. Loyalty points are associated with a customer's email address. As soon a customer signs up with that email address, they'll see all the loyalty points they've accumulated.

Currently, it is not possible to redeem loyalty points (i.e. a flexible reward) at checkout on mobile apps, including your own native mobile app.

To remove the loyalty widget from the Checkout page, you need to delete the Wix Loyalty app and its pages from your site.
