Add a Loyalty Widget to Your Checkout Page

Important:
To add a loyalty widget, your site must have the Wix Bookings, Wix Stores or Wix Restaurants Orders (New) app.
Add a loyalty widget to your checkout page to allow customers to use loyalty points for rewards when they reach your checkout.

If a customer checking out doesn't have enough points to use for any rewards, they'll be able to see their points total and how many points their current order, if placed, will earn them.

If a customer checking out is not a member of your loyalty program or hasn't logged in, they'll see how many points they could have earned and be able to click to sign up or log in. This is an effective way to advertise your program and boost membership.
Notes:
  • If you're adding a loyalty widget to an existing loyalty program and want to give customers the option to redeem points for a discount at checkout, you need to set up a new "flexible reward" loyalty reward. If you don't do this, customers will only be able to get coupons at checkout.
  • Customers who haven't joined your loyalty program still accumulate loyalty points. These are associated with a customer's email address. As soon a customer signs up with that email address, they'll see all of the loyalty points they've accumulated.
  • To remove a loyalty widget from your site, you must delete your loyalty program. To delete your loyalty program, delete the Loyalty page on your site.
