Currently, it is not possible to block specific IP addresses or visitors from specific locations from accessing your site.
Workaround:
You can use the Blocky IP & Country Blocker app by Effective Apps from the Wix App Market to block IP addresses and countries.
Note:
Wix prevents registration and use of services from certain countries.
