Take a look at our recommendations on creating a privacy policy. Keep mind that Wix cannot provide you with legal advice on how to write a privacy policy. We recommend that you seek legal advice to assist you.

Tip:

Users in Germany can enable a 3rd party app, Legal Texts by Trusted Shops, to help them generate a privacy policy. This app is available from the Wix App Market.
