Your site's header appears at the top of all of your pages, and usually contains your business name and site menu.

Design the header to match my site

The header is at the top of your site, and is usually the first thing your visitors see. It's important to customize it to match your brand and the rest of your site.

Click Change Header Design.
Select a preset and click Customize Design to adjust the border, color, corners, and shadow.

Add content to my header

Drag elements on to your header so that they appear on all of your site's pages. Popular elements include your brand's logo and social network links.

Add an element from the Add panel on the left side of the Editor.
Drag it over the header and drop it when you see the "Attach to Header" message.

Change my header's scroll effect

Choose how your header scrolls with your site. When you have chosen a scroll setting, make sure to preview your site, and scroll up and down, to see how it looks live.

Click the Settings icon .
Choose a scroll effect.

Hide my header

You cannot delete the header, but you can hide it on certain pages of your site. This is useful for landing pages such as "Coming Soon" or "Under Construction" pages.

Click Pages on the left side of the Editor.
Click the Show More icon on the relevant page.
Select Settings.
Click the Layouts tab.
Select No Header & Footer.

Note: If you hide the header on a page, remember to add buttons or a menu that link to the rest of your site if you want your visitors to be able to reach your other pages.

Use the Stretch icon to make your header larger or smaller. Make sure that your header isn't too large, so that it doesn't cover too much of your site's pages.
