Collecting votes
Whenever you make changes to your desktop site (such as adding an element, reordering page sections etc), the changes are automatically carried over to your mobile site. 
Currently, it is not possible to lock your mobile site so it isn't affected by changes you make in the desktop Editor.
Workaround:
As an alternative, you can hide desktop elements on your mobile site, and add mobile-only elements.
