Updating Contact Information for a .at Domain

The .at domain extension is the country code domain extension (ccTLD) for Austria. You can update your contact information at any time by downloading a form and submitting it to Wix Customer Care. We then submit the new details on your behalf. 

To update contact information for a .at domain:

  1. Download the form at this webpage.
    Note: The form contains reference to nic.at and says to fax to their contact details, but you can disregard this instruction.
  2. Print the form out and fill in the relevant details. 
  3. Contact Wix Customer Care to provide legible scans (in PDF format) of the signed form.
