Currently, when you create a filter in Wix Stores, the filter options appear in alphabetical order, as they appear in the product option settings. It is not possible to re-order this list.
In the meantime, as a workaround solution, you can avoid a situation in which options appear in an illogical order, for example:


by adding size numbers or renaming the options, as below:
  • 0-2 - Small
  • 4-6 - Medium
  • 8-10 - Large
  • 12-14 - XLarge
