Wix Stores Request: Creating Discounts that Apply Only to Product Variants

Currently, it's not possible to create coupons or automatic discounts that apply only to a specific variant of a product. For example, if you have a ring that comes in gold and silver, you can't create a discount that applies only to the silver variant.
Workaround:
Sell your product variants as separate products and create discounts for the relevant product. For example, instead of selling the gold and silver rings as variants, you can create them as 2 separate products.
