Whether it's sale items, new products, or unique offers, you can draw attention to products by adding a ribbon.
To save time, you can apply a ribbon to multiple products at once, and update or remove ribbons in bulk whenever you need to.

Creating and managing ribbons for a single product
Create a new ribbon for a product, or choose a ribbon you already created. You can edit the ribbon text or remove it at any time.
To add or manage a ribbon to a single product:
- Go to Store Products in your site's dashboard.
- Select an existing product or click New Product to add a new one.
- Choose what you want to do:

Apply a ribbon to multiple products
You can add the same ribbon to multiple products, either by creating a new ribbon or choosing one you've used before.
Note:
When you apply a ribbon to a product that already has one, the new ribbon replaces the previous ribbon.
To apply ribbons for multiple products:
- Go to Store Products in your site's dashboard.
- Select the products you want to update:
- All products: Select the checkbox at the top left.
- Individual products: Select the checkbox next to the relevant products.
- Category: Click Filter, select 1 or more categories, and select all products.
- Click More Actions then select Edit ribbon.
- Choose what you want to do next:
- Apply an existing ribbon: Select the ribbon and click Save.
- Create and apply a new ribbon:
- Click + New Ribbon.
- Enter the ribbon name.
- Click the Checkmark icon

- Click Save.
Editing or removing ribbons from multiple products
If you edit an existing ribbon’s text, it updates wherever that ribbon is applied. You can also remove a ribbon completely from your site.
To edit or remove a ribbon for all products:
- Go to Store Products in your site's dashboard.
- Select any product.
- Click Manage next to Ribbon.
- Choose what you want to do next:

Showing or hiding ribbons on your site
If you want ribbons to display on your site, you need to make sure the option is enabled in your editor. It's possible to display ribbons on the following elements:
- Category page
- Grid galleries
- Slider galleries
- Product widget
Note:
If you've hidden ribbons, new ribbons you create won't appear. Remember to unhide them in your editor if you want to display them.
To show or hide ribbons:
- Go to your editor.
- Select the relevant product element.
- Click Settings or the Settings icon

- Click the Settings tab.
- Select or deselect the checkbox next to Ribbons to show or hide them.
Customizing ribbons on your site
You decide where and how ribbons appear, including their layout, shape, colors, and font.

To customize ribbon design:
- Click the relevant element in your editor.
- Click Settings or the Settings icon

- Click the Layout tab.
- Scroll down and click Ribbons.
- Choose where you want to place the ribbon:
- On Image: Ribbon appears over the product image. Use sliders to position it.
- Product Info: Ribbon appears above the product price.
- Design the ribbon:
- Click the Design tab.
- Scroll down and select Ribbons.
- Customize the ribbon using the available options.
