If you are experiencing issues operating your cash drawer, try the steps below.
To troubleshoot the cash drawer:
- Disconnect the cash drawer from the receipt printer.
- Wait a few minutes.
- Reconnect the cash drawer to the receipt printer.
- Tap Checkout on the bottom bar.
- Actions and select Open Drawer w/o Sale.No Sale to open it manually.
- If the cash drawer is still not working, restart the tablet.
