Wix Retail POS: Troubleshooting Your Cash Drawer

If you are experiencing issues operating your cash drawer, try the steps below.

To troubleshoot the cash drawer:

  1. Disconnect the cash drawer from the receipt printer.
  2. Wait a few minutes.
  3. Reconnect the cash drawer to the receipt printer.
  4. Tap Checkout on the bottom bar. 
  5. Actions and select Open Drawer w/o Sale.No Sale to open it manually.
  6. If the cash drawer is still not working, restart the tablet.
