The best way to keep your POS tablet running smoothly is to update the software regularly. Updates help you access new features and improvements as soon as they’re available.
Tip:
Most errors on the Wix POS Register are caused by an outdated software version.
Update the tablet software
We recommend checking for updates once a week.
To update the tablet software:
- (In your POS tablet) Tap the Menu icon at the bottom left.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap App & Tablet.
- Tap Check for Updates.
- If an update is available, update your software.
