Wix POS Register: Editing Orders

You can make changes to an existing order after checkout, including updating items and prices. Orders can be updated if they haven't yet been fulfilled or refunded.
Tip:
You can make changes to both online orders and point of sale orders.
To make changes to orders:
- Open the POS tablet.
- Tap Sales History from the bottom bar.
- Tap the relevant sale.
- Tap Actions.
- Select Edit Sale.
- Make any of the following changes:
- Add a product or service: Tap the Plus icon
or Add Product to scan or select a new product. - Add a custom charge: Tap Add Custom Charge to enter an amount.
- Adjust the item quantity: Tap plus or minus in the quantity selector to adjust the amount.
- Edit the price of an item: Tap the Edit icon
next to the item price and enter a new price. - Remove an item: Tap the Delete icon
next to the item you want to remove. - Add or Remove a discount: Tap Add Discount or the Delete icon
to add or remove a discount. - Add or Remove a fee: Tap Add Fee or the Delete icon
to add or remove a fee.
- Add a product or service: Tap the Plus icon
